Small D.O.'s National Wine Contest Gold Medal: Pilas Bonas 2021 Last Friday, July 1, the Spanish Wine Classroom in Madrid hosted the 6th edition of the Small D.O.'s National Wine Contest, a contest in which only wines from wineries attached to small Spanish wine regions can participate, that is, regions that meet the two criteria necessary to be a Small D.O., on the one hand a qualitative criterion, that is, Vino de Pago, Wine with D.O. Ca, D.O. and I.G.P. and on the other hand, a quantitative criterion, producing less than 4.5 million bottles in the reference year taken. On this occasion our Pilas Bonas 2021 won a Gold medal. |

Terruño Awards 2022 Gold Medal: VEO VEO 2021 The primary purpose of this contest is to reward the work of the wineries and winemakers in Spain, rewarding the quality of the wines obtained in each campaign. This is intended to encourage the interest of producers and bottlers in improving their products and, thus, stimulate demand for the award-winning wines. In this second edition, in the category of young red wines, our VEO VEO 2021 has achieved the Gold medal. |

36 Baco Awards Harvest 2021 Silver Medal: VEO VEO 2021 In its thirty-sixth edition, the Baco Awards once again brought together wines from 45 different indications of origin, open exclusively to wines from the most recent harvest, without restriction of type. The contest, organized by the Spanish Union of Tasters, one of the oldest in Spain, valuing and recognizing the potential of the most recent vintage wines, decided to award a silver medal to our VEO VEO 2021. |

Awards Pequeñas DO'S Gold Medal: Pilas Bonas 2017 The SMALL DO'S PRIZES celebrated their second edition on February 16, 2018, betting on the promotion of small producing regions. In this National Wine Quality Contest, the approximately 1,000 wineries belonging to any of the 59 small wine regions recognized as Single State Wines, D.O.Ca, D.O.'s and Quality Wines were able to take part. On this occasion the jury formed by winemakers, sommeliers, distributors, importers, merchants, experts in sensory analysis and technical directors of Regulatory Councils of Small DO's through blind tasting had to give a gold medal to our Pilas Bonas 2017. |

XIII Bacchus International Wine Competition 2015 Gold Medal Winner: Pilas Bonas, Chardonnay – Sauvignon Blanc 2014 The Bacchus International Wine Competition organized by the Spanish Union of Tasters (Union Española de Catadores) took place March 19-23, 2015 in Madrid. It is considered to be one of Spain’s most important wine competitions recognized as such by the International Organization of Vine and Wine, VINOFED and the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

2014 International Wine Competition Gold Medal: QuiXote Malbec – Cabernet Franc 2008 The twelfth edition of the Bacchus International Wine Competition took place in Madrid from March 14 to 18, 2014. During these four consecutive days the jury, comprising 80 wine tasters from 24 different countries, tasted 1593 wines in order to decide which were worthy to receive a 2014 Bacchus Award. The wines participating in this competition came from Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Chile, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Lebanon, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Slovakia, Tunisia, Turkey and Uruguay. However, we must specify that out of the 1593 wines presented 1312 were Spanish with the presence of 88 wines with Geographical Indication and 68 with Appellation of Origin. |

2013 International Wine Competition Gold Medal: QuiXote Merlot-Tempranillo-Petit Verdot 2007 Bacchus is the only international wine competition that takes place in Spain. Belonging to VINOFED, the federation that comprises the most renowned competitions in the world, it is also recognised by the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAGRAMA), three prestigious organisations which confirm Bacchus as a global benchmark. Once again this year our wines were recognized in this competition, and QuiXote Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah 2007 received a Gold Medal. |

2010 Gold Tempranillo: Quixote Merlot-Tempranillo-Petit Verdot 2006 The sixth edition of the travelling Tempranillos Al Mundo (Tempranillos to the world) competition was celebrated in Logroño from the 5th to the 8th of November. This international contest was organized by the Spanish Federation of Enologist Associations, with the sponsorship of: the Rioja local government (through the La Rioja Capital program), the Spanish institute of foreign trade (ICEX) and C.R.D.O.Ca.Rioja. It is officially recognised by the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), The Union Internationale des Œnologues (UIŒ), and the Ministry of Environment, Rural and Marine affairs. From over 440 wines, El Quixote Merlot-Tempranillo-Petit Verdot 2006 won the gold medal. |
